Subject: Violation of Office Protocols and Misuse of Official Resources
Unauthorized Issuance of Official Letters
Office records reveal that you have been issuing letters under the name of the former Deputy Director (Land/Legal) IMDC/NIIA.
These letters were addressed within and outside the department and copied to senior officers, including the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner.
No approval from the competent authority has been found for these actions.
This is a violation of Clause 21 (1) & (2) of the Admin Manual – Record Management & Disposal.
You are hereby directed to explain your conduct in writing within 03 days.
Failure to respond will result in disciplinary action and escalation to higher authorities.
Unauthorized Use of Official Vehicle
You are currently using official vehicle No. GU-933, despite your designation (BS-09) not permitting vehicle entitlement.
This vehicle is reserved for field duties, while your post is office-based.
You also receive a conveyance allowance, which makes this usage unjustified.
Due to your unauthorized use, the field staff lacks transport for official duties.
You are directed to immediately return the vehicle to the Qanoongo/Patwari of the project.
Unreturned Office Furniture and Equipment
You have received multiple items from the NIIA project, including:
- Air conditioners
- Photocopier
- Sofa sets
- Beds
- Other office furniture and electrical items
You are instructed to return all items listed in the inventory to the Establishment Unit, NHA, Islamabad.
Submit a compliance report to the undersigned as soon as possible.
